Yapılan denetimlerde üretilen gıdaların hijyen kurallarına uygunluğu denetlendi. Ekipler, halk sağlığını tehlikeye atan işletmelere yerinde müdahale ederek gerekli yasal işlemleri uyguladı. Yapılan incelemelerde işletmelerin hijyen kurallarına uyup uymadığı, üretilen unlu mamullerin belirlenen gramaja uygunluğu, satılan gıdaların son tüketim tarihi ve kalitesi büyük bir özenle denetlendi. Genel Koordinatör İsmail Can Ocak halkın sağlıklı ve güvenilir gıdaya ulaşması için denetimlerin çok önemli olduğunu vurguladı. Zabıta ekiplerinin Ramazan ayı boyunca sahada olacağını belirten Ocak, Sincan halkının sağlık ve huzur içinde bir ramazan geçirmesi için çalışmaların aralıksız süreceğini belirtti."
